Seeking an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our team. This position is full time and benefit eligible after 30 days of employment. The hours are Monday through Friday, first shift.

The Billing Specialist is responsible for obtaining insurance/Medicaid data for all admissions and billing the insurance/Medicaid. This position also is responsible for maintaining all daily A/R, month end AR close, receivable collections and reconciles cash log. The position also maintains Medicaid numbers for all residents, audits clinical and nursing charges, processes insurance and Medicaid eligibility as well as completes admission and billing data in Medik system. Daily census and daily operating indicator (DOI) must be maintained. Must have insurance/Medicaid billing experience.

Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Finance and one year related experience and/or training. Strong computer skills required.
